ASTA Intertek recognized our lab as a level 4 test laboratory and found to comply with the relevant requirement of ISO / IEC 17025 : 2017 and authorized to undertake test work for ASTA certification purposes for the product types and standards.

ISO 17025 was awarded and accredited to Al-Ahleia Switchgear Co. in March 2014 in recognition of our competence and adherence to the scope of the accreditation by our testing laboratories and in-house testing procedures.
UKAS is recognised globally as the body responsible for assessing and accrediting the competence of organisations in the technical areas of Calibration, Testing, Inspection and Certification of systems and products.

Testing / Certification Rules
Tests are strictly conducted in accordance with the latest edition of Internationally recognised standards.
Type Test Certification is issued when testing is conducted strictly in accordance with recognised standards.
Type Test Performance Reports are issued for the Development Tests and test conducted according to the client’s requirements, as per the recommended standard.
Al-Ahleia Switchgear Company was the first organisation in the Middle East to be Internationally Accredited by UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Services). UKAS is recognised globally as the body responsible for assessing and accrediting the competence of organisations in the technical areas of Calibration, Testing, Inspection and Certification of systems and products.
